WOD 6/8/13
8 Minutes of Ankle/Shoulder/Over Head/Wrist Mobility
A- WU- For Time- 800M S.B. Partner Run (HAP)
Notes: In Teams of two partners will take turns carrying/switching every 200M
B- Partner WOD 1: Partner Kalsu= For Time: 100 Thrusters (135/95)/EMOM 5 Burpees -25 Min Cap
Notes: Partition 100 Thrusters as needed/Both partners do 5 burpee emom/Only 1 bar per team
C- Parnter WOD 2: Descending Ladder of: Sit Ups 50,40,30,20 and 10 RFT -15 Min Cap
Notes: Partner A works/Partner B holds plank/Partner A only works while partner B holds plank/Partner A must complete all corresponding sit ups before they can switch/Same rules for partner B ; for example, A cannot begin set of 10 until B is done with set of 20/Partners will continue in this fashion until both have completed 150 sit ups each or time cap has been reached.
