This is a NO Judgement Zone so anyone will be welcome to lift, no matter how much weight you move.
How do I know what numbers to declare for an opener?
During weigh in’s Athletes will be required to declare an opening lift for each the Press and the Deadlift. Your number can go up moments before the event but it cannot go down. Be smart with your choices and give yourself some wiggle room.
