On Saturday, April 20th we are going to test into a power lifting cycle with the CrossFit Total. This is a workout that you won’t want to miss.
The Total is a 1RM for the Deadlift, Back Squat & Press. You get three attempts at each lift to establish a 1RM. The first rep should be a weight that you know that you can do three reps at. The second is a weight that you know you can do one heavy rep at. The third attempt should be based on how well the first two lifts went. Your CrossFit Total is the addition of your heaviest lift on each movement. Come in with a game plan and you’ll be successful!
