This will be a seminar focused on women who are pregnant, postpartum (6 weeks, 6 years or 16 years- doesn’t matter how long it’s been!), or planning on becoming pregnant.
Whether you’re a runner, CrossFitter, yogi, or just want to move around with your kids more, we can plan and strategize for whatever phase you are in. Some of the topics we will be discussing are breathing and movement patterns, pelvic floor health and symptoms and diastasis recti.
Following this seminar, we will be introducing family classes as well as one-on-one sessions for pregnant and postpartum women, programmed especially for this community, and tailored to fit individuals based on continuous assessment. These sessions are kid friendly and we kindly request that they are not attended by male partners, to ensure an open and comfortable space to discuss symptoms. Contact Coach Anne with any questions.
