The Purpose of the Wounded Warrior Project is to provide wounded Veterans an opportunity to learn how to move efficiently and safely from trained Coaches; not only improving technique and learning adaptations to fit any injuries but also getting a great workout in.
The Warriors get a chance to work with the CF718 Community, get a great training session in and learning how to utilize these skills in the future.
Warriors will be taken through a complete warm up, participate in a scalable workout and end with cool down and recovery ideas. Wrap up will conclude with a healthy meal where we can discuss future opportunities and answer questions on fitness, nutrition and recovery.
