100 squats at body weight- 20# on average. 175 I could easily scaled back even further and still got a great workout.

Sets of 5 @ 85, sets of 3 @ 105… This felt soooo heavy… If you go to crossfit 718, don’t stop going!!!! Never, ever!!!! Your muscles turn into mush!!!
100 squats @ 95lbs… This is not my body weight but it was the best that I could bring today. I definitely wouldn’t have pushed through without Coach Tammyli. She kept Tommy and I on point!
1k row… Although my legs felt like jello… I was able to monitor my pace better than the first time.
Coach Tammyli stretched us out afterwards! Thank God, I wouldn’t take the time normally… Thanks Coach Tammyli for always looking out for us, you are amazing!!! Nice chin ups too… Ms. Diesel!
