The Beach WOD was Great!!
I think this was the best event we had all year!!
Super Fun, great food, and so many friends.

Such a wonderful day! Solid organization, great food, and the people are alright I guess ;). Thanks to everyone for a lovely day, and big ups to sacrificial lambs Corey and Ryan. I’ll donate to the BS ticket fund on Monday!

10 – Pistols to a medicine ball (per leg). I still need something for the stability at the bottom. Almost ready for the real pistols.
5 – Competition HSPU with the 45# plates and the abmat.
1 – regular rope climb
75# for the push up.
50# for the pull up.
Crossfit at the beach was a big success if i do say so myself! i had a lot of fun!

5 HSPU (did pike push ups–time to start working on my handstand push ups)

And someone got 3 kipping pull ups with the vest!
