– KB Cork Screw (M;16kg/F;12kg)
– KB Figure 8-Hold (M;16kg/F;12kg)
– KB 2 Arm HighPull (M;16kg/F;12kg)
20 each X’s 3 Rounds for time
– Thrusters (Push Press) (M;75lbs/F;45lbs)
– 20″ Box Jumps
