8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 3 Minutes Max Rep Double-Unders
B- Snatch- 15 Minutes to A Heavy Single
Notes: Use today to work up to heavy singles on Snatch, Clean & Jerk and Squat/Work on skill i.e.; bar path, speed getting under and receiving position/Don’t try to PR necessarily, instead try to be efficient and comfortable at the 85-95% range.
C- Clean & Jerk- 15 Minutes to A Heavy Single
D- High Bar Back Squat- 10 Minutes To A Heavy Single
Notes: This is probably not enough time to achieve a 1RM so practice getting heavy with limited time/Challenge yourself but ensure that you are being as efficient as possible.

Oh my goodness – I’m sooooo tired.. And I say that in my whiniest voice..But all I want to do it Total 🙁 I need a can of spinach or something to help me out.

Seems there was some concern about my snatch yesterday. I corrected it this morning. Sorry. Was trying to impress Cahill.
It’s alright. It possible to snatch close to your clean. Some ppl are better at snatching than cleaning. I’m one of those people. Squat snatch 195 squat clean 225
