In just a few weeks we will begin our second, 12 week weightlifting cycle. Classes will run from June 28th through September 5th.
The focus will be on the classic lifts, Clean, Jerk, and the Snatch. In addition, accessory work to correct imbalances or to strengthen weaknesses will be prescribed on an individual basis.
- Monday Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm-9pm
- 12pm-1:00pm on Saturdays.
Weightlifting Exclusive: $230 – Package includes access to all Weightlifitng classes offered on the schedule, up to 4x a week for 30 days.
