Adventure Race Much?
CrossFit 718 is organizing a team of athletes to compete in the 2011 Metro Dash adventure race. The race sounds like a blast, as it consists of 30 obstacles designed to measure your level of badassocity! The event takes place on 5/14/11 at Meadowlands Stadium. The race seems pretty straightforward but we will definitely help you get prepared. If you’re interested, hurry up and reply to comments! 🙂

Rest day today, but I had to do my burpees (24 today), so I made a little WOD of it at my house.
3RFT of:
8 burpees
16 KB swings (1 pood)
24 air squats
32 abmat situps
Total: 8:54
Fun way to start my morning! Burpees be damned!
Count me in for all of the above!

Did yesterdays WOD today – killer as always!

All my dead lifts were unbroken but I struggled on the T2B’s….need to work on that.
Then because I have no life I stayed to watch a newbie class and joined a fight gone bad work out.
3 rds – 1 minute each of row, push press @ 65#, SDHP @ 65#, 24″ box jump, 20lb wall ball. Slightly modified on the weight I believe but after one workout hard enough.
254 points (1st rd 93 pts, 2nd rd 81 pts, 3rd rd 80 pts)
