Who: CrossFitters & Friends
What: 5k or less jog
Where: Prospect Park West & 9th Street
When: Thursdays @ 7pm & Sundays at 9am
How Long: about 30min – 1 Hour
Group runs will be twice a week on Rest Day. Anyone interesed in joining the group should meet at Prospect Park West & 9th Street, right at the entrance of Prospect Park. If you want to join the group I would suggest sending in your email address so I can make a contact list to offer the group. These Runs will be FREE and posted on the Citys Web Site for anyone to join. Saftey in Numbers, let us stay together and get fit together.
The Basics Starts Tomorrow
Classes will run Mondays and Thursdays @ 7pm for 3 wks.

I am going to try and run Tuesday or thursday nights or both at 9pm in prospect park through the winter. Pace will be quick with the goal of getting faster without logging too many miles. I am happy to jog anyone home who feels unsafe. 2:05 on the Paine to pain trail half marathon today with coach dan. He beat me by 4 minutes.
