Heads Up for V-Day!
Valentine’s Day is around the corner and Crossfit 718 wants to do a special partners WOD on Tuesday February 14th for our athletes (singles are encouraged to come!). Make sure you reserve a spot and have some V-Day fun! <3 Don’t forget to wear something red!
718 needs to register a team! The largest team gets free tickets to the Finals! The largest team in the region gets free tickets to the regionals!
I’m not sure Wednesdays will work because the Open WODS will be posted on Wednesdays at 8pm (EST) or 5 PM (PT).
Fixed, it will be Saturdays and Tuesdays!! Thanks Kurt!!
Saturdays would work, but Tuesdays wouldn’t. The “WOD week” is Wednesday 8pm (EST) – Sunday 8pm (EST). Monday and Tuesday are rest days.

death by pull up… Thanks Coach Tammyli for helping me work on my Kips (band assisted of course) still not getting the movement right, but I would be completely lost with you! Made it to 8 rounds… Couldn’t get 8 and 9 in round 9… But thanks for everyone rooting me on…
