Warmup: 400m run/30 box jumps, 400m run/20 box jumps, 400m run/10 box jumps = Time:11:48
AMRAP in 4 mins x 3 Rounds: 5 k2e/5 deadlift (105#)/5 burpees
1 – got 3 rounds + 5 k2e + 3 deadlifts
2 – 3 rounds
3 – 3 rounds
Then did 5 chin ups + 22 banded pullups
Then stayed around to watch Tom & Lloyd do the open games 3 WOD = great job you guys!

I completed 21 total rounds of the games wod 11.3
Great workout a lot of fun, no blood spilled.
Really looking forward to the next one, hopefully they throw some pullups, hspu’s and 2 pood kettlebell swings in there.
