Glad this week’s gmes WOD is done… Ugh.
Alright, today kicked ass!
200 double unders = 3:11
5RFT = 7:22 rx’d.
ALMOST have a ring muscle-up. Made about 30 attempts. Also practiced some more butterfly kips today. Arms/shoulders = hate me.
What will HQ give us tomorrow????

5:04 for my dus. Had a false start because my shorts kept falling off. Got 6:38 for the wod rxd. This one played to my strength! Hope the time holds up during the day. Those snatches got heavy in the end.
What a fun workout today!! The numbers were perfect for the snatch and clean.. lol

5RDS: 7 pullups (used band)/5 cleans/3 power snatch (used #65) = 12:20 or something
Finished off with 3 500m row= @24-2:18, @20-2:18, all out-2:07
plus 9 chin ups.. the other 2 were in the wod
On another note, I don’t know about you guys but I have been getting a lot of crossfit haters, especially on my fb page. It’s starting to get annoying, I always feel like I have to either explain what it is or defend what I do it and why I like it… I guess haters will always be haters… just had to get this off my chest 🙂
I wont lie, Iz and I were talking about it today, how I always feel like I am trying to convince people so hard, what is CrossFit, how is it beneficial, Pros, Cons, Comparisons… it all gets wordy.. hahaha
Tell your “Homies” To challenge themselves to a real work out or Shut up! 😀
They just cant hang, I would just tell them, that CrossFit isnt for everyone…. Have a nice day.
Guys – there will always be haters. Misery loves company. If you are eating right, getting stronger and losing body fat people are going to want to bring you down to their level. Don’t let it get to you. This isn’t for everyone because most can’t hang. Let it slide and know deep down they all wish they could be doing what you are doing.

This WOD was truly one to love!! You had to love the running and rellay love the finish. I must admit it was truly entertaining to support the others after getting finished. Probably the WOD i will least look forward to again. 1810m
