Anyway last time I did Fran was feb 2010 when I started crossfit and used 22# and banded pullups finished in 6:05…. this time around I went RX on the weight and used no assistance pullups, small jumps finished in 11:14.. triple the weight in 4 mins more… BIGGGG progress! 🙂 Good day
Looking forward for maybe 4 or 5 crossfit days this week! Last week was lame! only 1 🙁
did you guys here that Navy Lt. Michael Murphy had a warship named after him yesterday? It was his 35th birthday and his mom christened the ship…I was really touched by this..it being mother’s day today and after what the navy seals and army delta force did this past week. I never would have known who Lt. Murphy was if it wasn’t for the “Murph” workout we do.

Fran as rx = 9:45 (95 lbs) but I had to jump my last 4 pull ups!
