Strength Workshop

Need a little accessory work, now is the time to sign up. Coach Tom is offering 6 classes that will be geared toward skill work.  This is a perfect program for our beginners.

Pick up a Strength Series package 4 Classes for $40 and 6 for $50.

Dates and Times:  Wednesdays @ 7pm – 8/3 , 8/10 , 8/24   Thursdays @ 7pm – 8/4 , 8/11 , 8/25

    I did tough kidder last fall and would like to do it again. The team I did it with last year were a good group but if we want to have our own team, I can do that too.

    9 Minute AMRAP
    30 DUs
    2 HSPU with parallettes
    1 rope climb

    6 rounds + 30 + 1

    And… the Triple Chippah

    3 Rounds
    800 M Run
    50 Lunges with 45# plate overhead
    40 KBS @ 1pood
    30 sit ups (abmat, unanchored)
    20 burpees

    33:41

    Cory did an amazing job to go unbroken the last round of KBS to pull ahead. Bastard…
