This has been a great month. So glad I continued to train while away from home. The best friends I made out here are from CrossFit. Hard to find this kind of fellowship, but easy at Crossfit.
Ready to take it to a higher level when I return!

Muscle ups:
1 min max muscle ups (turn outs and no kip) -> 2
1 min max muscle ups (no turn out and with kip) -> 4
1 min max muscle ups (” “) -> 3
Those turn out and no kip (plus the dips on Thursdays) are giving me excuses (;
Had fun today, and super excited with the 155 for 2. I believe that is a PR. Need to double check, but I think 155 for 1 was my previous PR.
