Alright so I went up to Mundo CrossFit in Madrid. It was some guy’s 24th birthday so here is the WOD:
24 SDHP @35 Kg (Rx was 45)
24 Box Jump 32″
24 Power Clean @35 Kg (Rx was 45)
24 Sit Ups
24 Lateral Ball Slam @ 9 Kg
24 Burpees
24 Push Jerk @ 35 Kg (Rx=45)
24 Push Ups
24 KB Swing @ 16 Kg (Rx=24)
24 Double Unders (Or 96 singles)
24 Push Press (12 each) 1 Handed with 15 Kg Dumbbell (Rx=20Kg)

The coaches complimented my form. (Thanks to you guys I think I got a really good foundation)
I tried my best to rep for 718. Scaled down a bit here and there, but it felt great to be doing CrossFit after a week of eating and drinking whatever.
The coaches were awesome and I will be going twice a week. Its kind of a hike from where I am staying but totally worth it.
The leader board had some guy named manu @ 15:52, but it was explained to me that he wa a cheater so the real leader was Chupy with a time of 17:30.

Had my first day off in about 6 days and went crazy.
Every minute for 20 minutes 7 competition push ups.
At the box did 3 rounds nft of 10 squats/10 ghd sit ups/10 back extensions/10 competition push ups/ 5 pull ups.
Worked on my squat cleans. 95# x 5/135# x 3/155# x 2/ 175# x 1/ 185# x 1(finally! Super psyched matched my all time pr after about a year of not hitting it. ) 190#(f)
and… 3 500 meter rows with 90 minute rests – 1.46.5/1.52.6/1.59.1
