[pullquoteleft]Happy New Year [/pullquoteleft]Let’s kick off the New Year with a bang.  In an attempt to get you ready for the CrossFit Reebok Open Sectionals, CrossFit 718 is going to spice things up a bit!! From now until the Open Sectionals we will be programing the “Girls” on Fridays, Team WODs on Saturdays and a “Hero” every Sunday.  Get your lacrosse balls out cause your gonna need them.

CrossFit 718 is hosting the 2013 Open.  All un-affiliated athletes, and any athlete that due to scheduling will not be able to attend the event at their own Box are invited to join us.
