So this is it! As of today, everything is official, and we are now the newest gym in New York City, CrossFit 718! We are looking to move into a new and more permanent space at the start of the new year, so stay tuned for more information on that.
For those of you that don’t know CrossFit, please check out CrossFit.com and you can get an idea of what we’re all about here. If you want to see our humble beginnings, please check out The Brooklyn Fit Factory. We’ll start posting WODs soon, but until then, check out the Fit Factory website, or Coach Dan’s blog for new and interesting workout ideas! If you like what you see here, don’t hesitate to contact us and set up a session or two!

It really has been an exciting roller coster of a ride, but Launching CrossFit 718 is the best thing for our community of athletes. I thank all of the athletes and celebrate their tremendous strides. Congrats to all of you, you are now officially CrossFit’ers.. Coach Dan, you are a great addition to our team, it is going to be alot of fun working together. Coach Jacinto, HURRY up and get back from PR so you and Iz can do the next WOD together !!!!
