1 min AMRAP Air Squat
Run 3 Laps around the block then
Front Squat BodyWeight 9 Reps
Run 2 Laps around the block then
Front Squat BodyWeight 7 Reps
Run 1 Laps around the block then
Front Squat Body Weight 5 Reps
(Sub 3 Laps around the block with 5 min of suicide sprints if inclement weather)
Ok So I did the squats as RX’d (150lbs) and decided to sub 2 minutes of double unders for each lap around the block=15;40 Really fun WOD:)
