B- Power Jerk- 8 Minutes To 135/95# +
2 Rounds of: 2 Minute Max Reps Power Jerk (from the rack/don’t drop);
2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds

60 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′)
60 Burpee
90 Double Unders
