@80-90% Sustainable Pace

In teams of 2/Both partners working/While partner A runs, B will complete  BJO/When A returns, B will run, A will complete BJO/When B returns, A will run, B will complete  DB Snatch/When a returns, B will run, A will complete DB Snatch/Continue in this fashion for 30 minutes/score= total work completed
