Attention morning athletes. I adjusted your scores to reflect total reps as the rounds plus reps scheme seemed a bit confusing. I’m not sure if the evening classes will be performing this wod as an ascending ladder like we did this morning.

D) Snatch 1rep (immediate start, 10min cap) 165lbs (pr or match I can’t remember)
