C- 6 Minutes To WU + 9 Minute AMRAP of: 5 Press (65% of above)/1 Rope Climb (Partial ROM)/6 Press/1 Rope Climb/7 Press/1 Rope Climb

Notes: Continue in this fashion for 9 Minutes.
