30 Double Unders
5 Each D.B. Power Snatch (45/25#)
5 Single Arm Oh Squat
5 Single Arm Thruster
5 Strict Chin Up
.
B: Olympic Lifting Total
Snatch (1 Rep Max)
Clean and Jerk (1 Rep Max)
40 Minutes to complete a 1Rm Snatch and Clean & Jerk

No press outs, no part of your body touches the ground besides your feet, elbows cannot come into contact with the knees, only 1 motion off of the ground, no double dipping on jerk, bar must be fixed in overhead position before dropping, must control drop from head height, cannot spike bar and cannot drop bar behind you.
