A2: Hoover Ball – 6 Minutes of having fun warming up 🙂

B: Partner WOD 1
14 Minute AMRAP of:
6-12 Pull Ups
15 USSR K.B. Swing (24/16Kg)
15/12 Calorie Ski (8/5)
In teams of 2/While partner A completes Ski, Partner B will complete 1 round of the couplet/When both are done they will switch/They will continue in this fashion for 14 Minutes accumulating rounds/Score= total completed rounds + any additional reps

C: Partner WOD 2
5 RFT of:
250M Row (5/3)
10 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′)
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20″)
In teams of 2/While Partner A comletes 250M row, Partner B will complete 1 round of the couplet/When both are done they will switch/They will continue in this fashion for 5 Rounds Each/Score= total time to complete 5 rounds each
