B- Power Clean- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Single
C- EMOM For 9 Minutes:
Minute 1- 6 Power Clean (155/105 or HBD)
Minute 2- 15 T2B
Minute 3- 15 Box Jump Over (24/20″ or 20/18″)
