8 Minutes of Hip/Shoulder Mobility (Click links for details)
A1- WU- 400M Run @50-70% RPE
A2- 3-5 Minutes TO WU Box Jump + WallBall
B- 3 Rounds of- 3 Minute AMRAP of:
6 Box Jump Step Down (24/20″) or 3 Each Leg Step Up (20/18″)
12 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′) @80-90% Sustainable Pace;
3 Minutes Rest Between Rounds
C- 1400M Relay Run (800/400/200M) @70-80% Sustainable Pace
Notes: If you have a weight vest, wear it!
D- 3 Rounds of- 3 Minute AMRAP of:
6 Box Jump Step Down (24/20″) or 3 Each Leg Step Up
12 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′ or 20/14#-Max Height) @80-90% Sustainable Pace;
3 Minutes Rest Between Rounds
Notes: Last round of D, should look exactly the same as the first round of B.
How many people per relay team?
Does each member run 800m, 400m, 200m?
Or is it only 3 members witheach member doing one of the distances?
