In Teams of 2/ Both partners working at the same time/While Partner A runs 200m, Partner B will complete 3 each TGU. Once Partner A has returned and Partner B has completed TGU’s, the switch/@ The top of every 3rd minute both partners will stop what they are doing and complete 5 Burpees each/Continue in this fashion accumulating reps/Score= Total # of TGU’s completed.
