A1- WU- 400M Run@50-80% RPE
A2- WU- 5 Minutes To WU Muscle Up/HSPU/K.B. Swing
B- Half Nate= 10 Minute AMRAP of:
2 Muscle Up or 2 Jumping Muscle Up or 2 MUAD
4 HSPU or 1 WallWalk or 4 Pike Push Up
8 USA K.B. Swing (2/1.5/1/.75 Pood) or 12 USSR K.B. Swing (20/12Kg)
C- Partner WOD=
15 Minute AMRAP For Quality of:
20 Calorie Row (Damper 8/5)
200 Double Unders (400 Singles)
150 Ab Mat Sit Ups
100 Calorie Bike
50 Burpee
25 Thruster (135/95 or HAP)
Notes: In Teams of 2/While Partner A Rows, Partner B will complete DU’s/Once Partner a Completes 20 Cals, they will switch with Partner A picking up DU’s where B left off/Continue in this fashion for 15 Minutes/Complete as many reps as possible/Score= Total Reps Completed
