C- 3 Rounds of: 25 Calorie Row; 1:1 Rest To Work Ratio

    (Tie breaker is max ohs)
    Cannot drop the bar at any time for the complex to count

    Wod 2
    Amrap 12:00
    12 thrusters (Ascending weight)
    35 double Unders
    Men’s start at 75lb and go up by 20lbs each round
    Women start at 55lb and go up by 10lbseach round
