2 rounds of: 3 min Max Effort Row;90 seconds rest/3 min Max Effort Double Unders;90 seconds rest- after close considerations I have come to the realization that MY du=ouble unders suck… rowed 854/ 825 and a total of 45 double unders in 6 minutes. pathetic but honey badger don’t care.
For Time: 20 Burpee Box Jump (20″ box)/1 Rope Climb/15 Burpee Box Jump/1 Rope Climb/ 10 Burpee Box Jump/ 1 Rope Climb/5 Burpee Box Jump/1 Rope Climb- 9:18 – alomost got no repped because my feet were not landing on my heels, I got that straightened out quick like a bunny.
Parallette Tuck Up- 10/10/10 didn’t do these
Front Lever Practice (skin the cat)- 10/10/10
worked on these and then the next class started.

I was gunning for the honey badger on the box/burpee/climb and steamed it at 7:24, though HB’s row is awesome. I could only muster 799/777 and please, let’s not talk about how awful my DU’s are. They are horrendous.
fast work. I am glad I didn’t see this WOD last night I may have rolled over when my alarm went off. Bucking Furpees with an added box jump. sweet.

Did a little from the squats yesterday and tackled the box jump burpee/rope climb ladder with the 18″ box and a 25# plate.

2 rounds 3min max effort DUs and Row. 816 and 809 on row. 38 and 46 on DUs. Burpee box jump and rope climbs 7:49 did not get to top of rope on two climbs. Great class. Thanks.

Didn’t realize how sore my quads, etc really were until I sat down for the rows!
I tried to keep pace with Honey Badger Cahill on the rows – FAIL.

Then I tried to be in the same stratosphere as Kurt on the Burpee Box Jumps – FAIL!

Nice packed house tonight had to use the versa climber instead of the C2.

Metcon : 4:33…. Just barely got Kurt on this one, he set the bar high today.
Worked on 10 front levers, 10 Tucks very cool movements need to add these to the list.
Way to keep going tonight Steve and Jose, remember this technique : when you need a break take three breaths and three breaths only then get back to work. By having an acceptable number in your head you will eliminate that long pause of staring at the box, ground or rope.
I knew that one slip off the box was going to come back to haunt me! (;

Revealed another weak link that I need to focus on!!! Nothing like having a gym full of people who share your pain and yet push you to dig deep and climb that damn rope!!!!
Quads are screaming. But the rest of my body wants more!!! See you guys and gals tomorrow!
