Thanks for the Pick, tele skiiing at its best. You must be running low on pictures of Primetimers. I love it… As for this morning , I cant lift my arms from my desk right now It took me 30:34 just to to the dips/push press as rxed. in retrospect I should have used a band for the dips. they really killed me. It took me 5:04 to do the Metcon and I really felt about as taxed as I have ever felt during a work out. and this is a good thing. I think I am going to have nightmares about Dips tonight. I skipped the GHD sit ups because I felt an odd tweak in my lower back. today was clearly not my day
Cahill you’re not the only one, the dips are definitely going to crush me tonight. There may even be some no-reps. haha

I had at least 7 no reps this am on the dips. took 25 minutes to do 70 push presses and 63 dips, and almost 6 more minutes to do 7 dips. Brutal. I estimate Tom t doing this in 12 minutes or under. I was really wishing I was 155# in this wod. photo shoot tonight at 718 I like it. Breakaway spandex uniforms ?

Great morning working on the basics with Cat and Fallon. Then I did Fight Gone Bad because I missed FGB6 to coach soccer. Tammy, I hated you didn’t get to do it with me but it was a great day. I scored 276! 300 in sight baby!
