B- Squat- 5/5/5/5/5 @ 70% of 10/06/15 (Tempo: 2/0/X/1) -15 Minute Cap
C- Partner WOD (10/17/15)- For Time: 20 HRPU/50 Air Squat/50 Ab Mat Sit Up/20 HRPU/50 Air Squat
Notes: In Teams of 2 with only one partner working at a time/1 Ab Mat per team/Partners will alternate after each movement/Score= total time for both athletes to complete all reps.
