A- WU- Cory= For Time: 200 Double Unders (practice for 6 Minutes) -6 Minute Cap
B- Thruster- 10-12 Minutes To a Challenging Single
C- 20 Minute AMRAP of: 800M Run/15 Thruster (95/65 or 75/45)
*D- Banana Roll– 5 Minutes Max Reps (alternate directions)
