I came in this morning and made an agreement to share with everyone everything i eat for the next 30 days.. That way by publicly announcing what i eat, maybe I could clean up my act.. Steph and Linsey are in with me to keep each other honest.

10:30 Breakfast.. 2 eggs/ Bacon/ Plantains
1:45 Lunch: Left over pork loin and broccoli
3:30 Giant Hot chocolate
7:30pm Bunless burger/ a few fries and a half a milk shake..
I aint gonna lie by 7:30 pm I kinda forgot I was doing this challenge, but i will be bette tomorrow.

Nuts and seeds Sunday around 3am my time while driving hours to get from one city to the next. Better log to come!

KBK meals for B and L — can’t go wrong there. Where I did go wrong was the 2 bags of Terra Sweet Potato chips. Onto greener pastures tomorrow.
10/25 log:
Amaranth nectar portage with coconut milk and dates for breakfast

Chana masala with rice for dinner. Not enough water… Redic headache

10/24 – Saturday was ok I was so busy I skipped breakfast
For lunch I had grilled chicken sandwich and for dinner I had some chicken and rice before the party.
10/25 – bacon and eggs to start my day
Lunch was a steak sandwich and dinner was the other half
I had 2 slices of red cake and lots of Doritos all weekend
