B- Jerk- 15 Minutes To A Heavy Double + 2@95/90% -20 Minute Cap
C- 5 Minute To WU Rope Climb/Bench to (135/95) + 2 Rounds of: 90 Seconds Max Reps Bench Press @ (135/95)/Max Rope Climb in 90 Seconds; 2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds -15 Minute Cap
D- Against a 9 Minute Clock: For Time- 30 Push Ups/200M Run/20 Push Ups/400M Run/10 Push Up/800M Run/Max Ab Mat Sit Ups in time remaining
