Over the past 2 weeks there have been a lot of changes at work so I’m not sure if I’ll be making the 6pm or 7pm class regularly. So I decided last night to test out the 6am today and see if I could even function that early.

It has come to my attention that folks around the box are not too interested in the thoughtful, reflective and meditative side of me. A change in gravitar was requested so I acquiesced (look that one up Steve). I hope the new Gravitar is acceptable.
On another note, Jason I am sorry to hear we may not be seeing you as much in the evening. I guess some form of attrition and defection from Prime Time is to be expected but it is painful none the less. Good luck in your future 6am workout endeavors….DAMN YOU 6am’ers!!! 😉 You got a good one!!

Really enjoying the strength stuff this month and I have concluded that I must get stronger! Shoulder feeling pretty good these days (except when I reach behind in weird ways) so I think I will push more towards Rx wherever I can. I Believe!
