Notes: In teams of 2/switch every 250M/when not rowing accumulate max reps burps/Score= total # of burpees
B- Walking Dead= For Time:

200M Partner Carry (200M S.B. Carry/HBD)
200 Double Unders (400 Singles)
60 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′ or 20/14#-Max Height)
60 Burpees
Notes: In Teams of 2/only 1 partner working at a time/partition movements as needed/Score= Total time to complete all reps.

So sorry Tammi, been slacking on the food log. Just read-entered service and wifi land. To summarize the last five days: 2 meals a day of yummy Indian food… Mostly veggies and grains. Snacks were some sort of biscuits which are really coconut cookies that we had during what would be lunch with chai.
Now that I’m out if the ashram that will all change. Will log!
