8 Minutes of Hip/Back/Shoulder/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 5 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles + The Dot Drill (all 5 patterns 5 x’s each) + 20 Wall Facing Prisoner Squat -9 Minute Cap
B- Thruster- 12 Minutes To A Heavy Single
C- Squat- 9/9/9 @ 55% of 9/26/14 (Tempo: 2/0/X/1) -12 Minute Cap
D- 10 RFT of: 7 Box Jumps (24/20″)/5 DeadLifts (225/135) -12 Minute Cap
Notes: Step down on the box jumps is the standard! Scale weight on DeadLift as necessary.

Love the new ladies bars!! But I didn’t love the fact that Kristen and I fuc*ked up on our weight and ended up scaling up this workout to 105#..when I picked up the bar I was like WTF- this is not 95#!!

I knew right from the get that I was going to have trouble counting what I have on my bad for a while. So smooth them Bars.
No, I did know that’s what they weight…but just added the numbers wrong- oops! It’s gonna take me a minute to get used to the new numbers.

Side note for the WLC peeps:
I’m gonna kick ass on this sleep thing. I don’t function well unless I get at LEAST 7 hours of sleep. Once you get into the habit–there’s no going back!
