B- BTN Jerk- 15 Minutes To A 3RM
C- Press- 10 Minutes To A Heavy Triple + 1/1/1@ 95% + 1/1/1@ 90% -15 Minutes Cap
D- Partner WOD (10/2/14)- 2 Rounds of: 50′ Handstand Walk + AMRAP of: 5 Shoulder To OH (135/95)/200M Run
Notes: In teams of 2/ Both partners working at the same time/ While Partner A completes 50′ HS Walk, Partner B will AMRAP. When Partner A completes 50′ Handstand Walk, Parnters will switch/ Continue in this fashion until both partners have completed 2 Rounds each/ Score= # of AMRAP Rounds Completed.

– i will say that those of you involved look amazing and the results are very noticeable
But I’m still so hungry
