Complete 6 Two Minute AMRAPS (RX’d 135/95 OR Scaled 115/75)/ Only 1 Athlete Works At A Time
0-2 Minutes- Max Reps- Power Clean Female
2-4 Minutes- Max Reps- Power Clean Male
4-6 Minutes- Max Reps- Front Squat Female
6-8 Minutes- Max Reps- Front Squat Male
8-10 Minutes- Max Reps- Shoulder To OverHead Female
10-12 Minutes- Max Reps- Shoulder To OverHead Male
Score = Combined Total Number Of Reps For All Three Movements As A Team Notes- If Bar Is Dropped No Help Is Allowed By Partner/All Movements Must Be Performed With The Same Weight/Female Then Male Athlete In That Order.

Another great WOD today! Was a lot of fun working in groups, it felt like the games…Everyone had great energy, I’m looking forward the next WOD.
