200M Run/Max Rounds in time remaining of:
5 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′)/5 Strict Chin Up
B: Clean and Jerk – 2 EMOM X 5 @85% of Heavy Single
C: Back Squat – 3 @ 50% + 3@70% + 3@80%
31X1; 90-180 Seconds Rest
*D: 3 Rounds of:
1 Minute Max Reps OHS (95/65); 1 Minutes Rest
1 Minute Max Reps Dips; 2 Minutes Rest
Don't focus too much on how many reps, so much as focus on the quality or your range of motion and control of each rep.
