A: Partner WU= 2K Row/Max Burpee To Plate
Row 2K switching every 250M/While Partner A Rows, Partner B will accumulate max reps burpees. When Partner A completes 250M row, they switch. Continue in this fashion until 2K Meters are completed. Score = Total Time – # of burpees completed. For example- 7:30 – 90 Burpees= 6 Minutes
B: 15 Minute Team AMRAP of:
8 Rope Climbs (20/15′)/12 Wall Walks/40 DeadLift (165/115#)/60 Burpees
@80-90% Sustainable Pace; Rest 10 Minutes After B
In Teams of 4/With only one partner working at a time/Partition as needed/1 Rope, 2 bars (1 @115#/1@165#) per team. Goal is 2 rounds even.
