Snatch- worked from 95#- 135# felt pretty good with this I need to work on getting under the bar. Felt good on the initial pull though
Split Jerk- 1/1/1/1/1 (75-90% 1RM)- 135- 180# Felt good with the split jerk and pretty sure I could get closer to 200# I am looking forward to getting my #’s up for the Olympic total. at months end.

Feeling a little elbow soreness from yesterdays cleans and front squats. 3 days in a row. Tuckered out. Looking forward to some rest days.

Double unders – got about 13-15 each minute
Snatch – started with 35, went into 45’s for the most and then went back to 35. 45 felt impossible when I started, but got more and more comfortable rep by rep. Imagining the barbell as kettlebells kinda helped me. (been a long lost goal of mine to comfortably double snatch 12kgs, maybe this is becoming more of a possiblility?? :D) Thanks coach Dan for not allowing me to wimp out on the weight.

Very methodical. First rep is just as fast as your last. Bet we could get a little more out of your push jerks, but I do love your power cleans. Nice fast and high elbows. You don’t bend your arms to generate the power, you use your hips, and are able to get that bar very high.

Snatches: I failed to realize until I looked into my book that I’ve done these once before and my max was 45lbs. Today’s sets ranged from 35-60lbs. PR Got to work with Bailey, thanks for your flexibilty & patience since your much stronger than I… Alternating plates can get tiresome I suppose… nice job tonight!
