B- Squat- 8-10 Minutes WU to 85% of 10/06/15 + 3/3/3/3 @85%; 2.5 Minutes Rest Between Sets
C- Every 90 Seconds For 9 Minutes: 250M Row (Damper set to 5)/9-12 T2B (hanging knee raises)

Tidy ‘lil workout. Wasn’t feeling good going in but felt much better walking out, as usual. Hand still on the mend, I’ll blame that for the poor snatches.
