The goal is 90%+ of heavy single from 11/05/16 or 10/20/16
C: Back Squat – 5 @50% + 3/3/3/3 @75%
% of Heavy Single From 09/19/16 @31X1; 60-90 Seconds Rest
D: Grace
For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#
A power clean and jerk are acceptable just make notes of any modifications. Obviously a power version will be faster than a full squat variation.
