oh boy. Amanda, one hot mess. I was a mess this am, I averaged 275 meters on the 1 minute 75% row over the course of 5 sets.
Amanda 9,7,5 muscle ups and snatch. I had to modify this WOD because I can’t do a muscle up to save my life. I tried jumping muscle ups for the first set of 9 and then moved onto pull ups and dips. I need to work on the transition,I know I can do the pull up and the dip, its the transition that is killing me. I will take a DQ for this named wod and work on it for next time. basically ended up doing a bunch of pull ups and dips and then the snatches at 115#. We ran out of time But I stayed late and did the land mine things for a while with Jason ( guys got some serious mitts). Strong boy. Happy thanksgiving everyone

The MU were no problem. The first 7 were unbroken. The snatches, on the other hand, took awhile. I wanted to go as heavy as I could, and I did just that. My PR on the snatch is 145#, 125# for reps was tough, but fun.

Amanda…Damn this was tough. I managed 10 muscle ups which was all my body was to allot for me today. 10 Snatch @ 100#.
The last 11 muscle ups I subbed 33 ring pullups and 33 ring dips.

Man, Amanda is a fun one! Loved working with my girls Marina & Chrystie.
Subbed the Muscle ups for 3 pullups & 3 ring dips/ MU because I’m not cool enough to make it to the Muscle up Club. Soon, soon I hope!
Really enjoyed lowering the weight and focusing on form with the squat snatches. Big thanks to Coach Tom for going through technique with us ladies. It was really beneficial and much needed!
Also big props to Estaban for powering through with strict pullups & ring dips. Way to not give up!
